When you get stuck, create something. Anything will do.
Begin by creating what already is. You can manage that, can't you?
If that proposal sounds silly to you, ask yourself which is sillier --- 1) for the first time in your life creating what is; or 2) trying to create what-is-not, something you have been straining at for decades without getting any traction? Which is sillier? There is no right or wrong Answer to this question, just an Indication of your present state of readiness to get un-stuck.
What you create does not really matter, as long as you create, and acknowledge that you are doing the creating. This is Drano for the spirit.
If you tell yourself "I cannot create", then acknowledge that "I can't" is what you have just created -- probably out of habit. Take a moment to experience the success of that. I mean it. I'm not being sarcastic. You are a very powerful creator, especially of your own experience. Whether you feel empowered or ineffectual, you are the creator of that. One extreme gives you the juice; the other keeps to bogged down in your own mire. The acceptance of both frees you from getting impaled on either end of the axis.
When you've mastered Creating #101, ie. choosing to be in What-Is, just as it is -- then try creating something different for a change. Just create it. You create all the time; you know how to do it.. Creating is not a question of Ability, but a question of Choosing WHAT you create.
To create something, simply declare it to be, on your own authority. Then leave the rest to life. If your intention is genuine, life will show you what to deal with next in order to get ready for the Delivery. If your intention is not genuine, Life will still present you with the opportunities to move on, but you probably won't see them as opportunities.
If you keep on doing what you've always done, you will continue to get what you've always got. If you're stuck, and have finally realised there's no more juice in being stuck, then do something different. Anything will do, as long as the desire to do it comes from someplace other than where you've been lately.
Let me know how you go.
