When we wail woefully that we have "no choice", we can choose at least whether to accept that reality or resist it. And we now know the probable consequences of each choice. If we find our strident ego resisting and refusing to take direction from from our higher self, then we must choose "no choice" to be the way that it is. Any decision to Choose What-Is breaks its victimising stranglehold and hands power back to the Chooser.
But once we are back in the driver's seat, there must eventually come an end, too. to choosing It is an effective tactic for initiating a break for freedom, but it must be temporary only, because the very act of choosing creates divisiveness and incompletion by saying "Yes"to one thing and "No"to another. That, too, must be abandoned before it becomes yet another barrier to transforming our experience.
When we choose to accept or reject anything, we create countering ideas, opinions, principles and prejudices that colour everything and obscure the perfection of its entire nature.
A perfect mirror simply reflects accurately everything that comes before it. A mirror does not judge or select. There is no editing or choosing.
When our eyes have no mind behind -- intervening -- they simply mirror. There is no appreciation or condemnation, only the acceptance and knowing of the whole of what can be seen. Then everything is as clear as can be and we are enlightened. Living becomes a mystery to be enjoyed, a dance to be danced, a game to be played whole-heartedly. We are no longer in any conflict with any part of it.
There is nothing to be dropped, or let go of. I have found myself unable to drop or let go of anything that is incomplete or split; it comes back to be completed and re-united. Only the whole, when it is complete, can be let go. But that is then no longer necessary: the perfect and complete automatically drops itself.
There is nothing to do. No bliss to be attained. Bliss is here, obscured only by a doing of accepting or rejecting. There is nothing to be done. Nothing to be earned. Nothing to be chosen -- not even to choose not-choosing. When you give up the choosing and the not-choosing, bliss showers itself upon you.
Simply see it all, and in the next moment add whatever comes then, too.
Allow
And embrace.
