What is the difference between Reality and Truth?
It's a bit like the difference between
"Elm" and "Tree"....
All elms are trees,
But not all trees are elms --
There are other types of tree.
Similarly, every reality is a truth,
But not the whole truth,
And some truths are not everyone's reality --
Not until that truth is experienced personally.

THE Truth
Is the sum total of all realities.

No single person knows the Whole Truth.
But it is available.
It is known,
But we do not know all that we know.
How do we access what we don't know that we know?
First,  let go of everything we think we know
And surrender to Not-Knowing.
In that state of permanent innocence
Truth reveals itself
As and when it is needed.
Experience it,
And own your truth
For your self.
