Own up
To what you know deep-down.
Be honest, at least with your self.
Tell your truth,
Whether it is palatable or not,
And whether or not you think
You have a right to it.
Require this much of yourself.

You are not as dumb or as helpless
As you would like some others to believe you are.

Nor are you as lost as you think.

Get help and guidance if you really need it,
There is plenty of it out here
In 101 different flavours.
But healing is your responsibility --
No-one else's.
Whether what you experience from life fits your definition of "support" or not,
Life is giving you what you're putting out for.
We are already supporting you
But we're not going to "fix" you,
Or do your life for you --
We can't.
And we're not supposed to.
Your life is your affair.

It you don't like what you've created,
Tell the truth about that
And make some different choices and decisions.
