They might not be working the way we expect,
But working, they are.
Maybe it's our expectations that need examining.

Victims insist that their expectations are right,
And life is at fault.
They blame circumstances and otherness
For the experiences they create.
Unless circumstances change and "others" get help,
Victims are buggered.

Victimness is a dead-end highway
Clogged with creation's only traffic-jam.
